Daniel A. Salerno, MD, MS is an Associate Professor, Thoracic Medicine & Surgery, Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University and the Director, RICU (Critical Care Services) at Temple University Hospital. Dr. Salerno is board certified in Critical Care, Pulmonary Disease and Internal Medicine. His clinical interests include, asthma, biomarkers in pulmonary critical care medicine, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), interstitial lung disease, lung cancer and lung volume reduction. Dr. Salerno received his MD at the Universidad Central de Venezuela and his MS in Pharmacology at the Thomas Jefferson University.
